Maelys the Monstrous was not the last male descendant of Daemon Blackfyre.

Maelys the Monstrous was not the last male descendant of Daemon Blackfyre. Got a candidate as to who his son is? I do. But I doubt it will come to pass. I think Daario is Maelys' bastard son.

Got a candidate as to who his son is? I do. Oh, absolutely! The person I'm thinking of isn't Daemon I's son, but more like a great grandson. I have a theory. I think Daario is Maelys' bastard son Possible, but I don't think Daario is old enough. Maelys died in 260, meaning that any son of his would be older than Ned, Robert, etc. That being said, I absolutely think Daario is of Targaryen descent.

Yeah, that would make him way too old, so now I'm thinking grandson. Thanks Pig! Daario has to be, I think, either a Blackfyre, maybe Bittersteel's grandson or some other Targ bastard's line. It's just too much of a coincidence otherwise that fAegon should dye his hair blue to disguise his purple eyes and so does Daario, who also has piercing blue eyes.

Maybe if the little people have a nap today ( ) I will have some time to work on it.

I wonder if the Others are dopplegangers made of ice; literally the stuff made up by wierwood 'dreamers.' And how is it that Bloodraven became a greenseer. Did he just disappear one day on a ranging like Benjen?

Did he just disappear one day on a ranging like Benjen? Yes. Bloodraven was Lord Commander for 13 years, then disappeared while on a ranging. I'm not quite sure about the white walkers. I do suspect the wildlings or at least someone that is a wildling or one or two wildlings, lol! I think Mance knows who is creating the white walkers, and I think it's under his orders, but he may have not filled in the whole gathering of wildlings.

And how is it that Bloodraven became a greenseer. I think he always had the ability thanks to his Blackwood blood, but re: moving into his official position in the tree, I personally believe he was more or less 'recruited' as a serviceable placeholder for the next viable version of 'Brandon Stark'....which took far longer than expected.

Varys must be some type of warg who used his warging powers to keep his job after Robert's rebellion, because how else can you explain how this guy didn't get his head chopped off, when Robert rolled into King's Landing?

I wonder if the Others are dopplegangers made of ice; literally the stuff made up by wierwood 'dreamers.' And how is it that Bloodraven became a greenseer. Did he just disappear one day on a ranging like Benjen? I've posted this before in the Heresy thread, but based on Sam's observations of how Ser Puddles melted after being stabbed by the Obisidan, it appears that the White Walkers are made of frozen air. Their outer shell or armor and bones are made of frozen nitrogen, and their "pale blue blood" is made of liquid oxygen. Their sword appears to be frozen gas as well. The shrieking noise that is made when their sword comes in contact with metal, can be replicated by touching metal to dry ice (frozen CO2). They are created to resemble the boogeyman tales of the White Walkers, which is why they are immediately recognizable to Will in the Prologue. He (nor anyone else) had ever seen a White Walker before but he immediately recognizes it as such, because of all of the tales told passed down through the generations. Literally they are words (stories) made into wind. GRRM described them to an artist as Sidhe made of ice. In Gaelic, Sidhe can mean "the wind".
As to who made them, I'm unsure, but if I had to guess, I'd guess that it was the Children found in Bloodraven's cave. I would note however that AGOT mentions the existence in Asshai of Aeromancers, which would be sorcerers who can control the air.
