Jon most definitely is an Otherbaby. His birth is the mirrored inversion to Stannis's shadowbaby. The fisherman's daughter story is the mirrored inversion of Davos and Melisandre. Even Davos' trip to White Harbor is the mirrored inversion to when Ned travelled there on his way to call his banners. So who is Wylla? She would have to be a priestess or "vessel" of the old gods, just like Melisandre is a priestess of Rh'llor. Was Wylla an ice priestess or was she Lyanna after all - the dead mother direwolf who's pup was born with the dead? Where did the birth take place? Melidandre gave birth inside Storm's End. Where was this icey-white-shadowbaby born? The only thing that seems clear to me is that magic was involved and that it happened during Ned's return trip to Winterfell. THANK YOU Wylla = Val of Val/Dalla/Valhalla fame, servants to the death gods Jon was born in the INVERTED tower? Down in a well area - Could be black gate/nightfort but is more likely Winterfell crypts near the "bottomless" black pool under the heart tree? Connecting to cave of the 3ER via vast underground black seas? HOLLA. All connected. Born with the dead - crypts. Stark maiden and Bael's son was born with the dead, and doomed to unknowingly commit kinslaying of his father- which connects to the story of the rat cook at the nightfort wherein the lord is doomed to unknowingly commit kin-cannibalism of his son.

Jon = "son of god" while Lyanna = Mary.
Plain as day.
Sam is the fantasy trope of unwitting Prince Targ, not Jon.

Pretty sure this wasn't intentional, but Wylla could be a contraction of, "why Lyanna?" - "Why, Lie-a". Just throwing that one out there. I don't believe the timeline would support this, but what if Robert brought Lyanna back to Storms End before going to the Trident? It would be a nice inversion to have Lyanna at Storms End and then smuggled out of there in a reversal to how Melisandre was smuggled in.

If we're in parallel world, it wouldn't be Storm's End. It would be Lyanna, already pregnant by otherwordly means, being smuggled into/out of the parallel to Storm's End.
ETA Pregnant with a specially-bred child who was designed to kinslay.

Typically I would agree with this, but I have been looking at some new revelations lately. I don't want to derail your thread discussing it here, but I will try to briefly outline. I think the events starting from the tourney Robert hosted in Ned's honor are similar repeats of the past. That is until Dany does her Drogo funeral pyre hatching dragons - sending the wheel of time in reverse. Tourney of Harrenhal Hand's Tourney for Ned Execution of Rickard and Brandon Execution of Ned Northern Alliance: Jon Arryn, Rickard Stark, Steffon Baratheon, Hoster Tully vs Aerys Targaryen Four Kings: Renly Baratheon, Robb Stark, Robert Baratheon, Balon Greyjoy vs Joffrey Baratheon Robert's Rebellion War of the Five Kings Aerys Hand = Tywin Lannister Joffrey's Hand = Tywin Lannister Rhaegar rides to Trident to parley (speculation) - offers alliance peace, endless Spring Renly parleys with Stannis - offers him peach Rhaegar (or his armor) at the Trident Renly's ghost (his armor) at the Blackwater Otherbaby, Fisherman's Daughter - birthed Shadowbaby, Davos and Melisandre - birthed at Storm's End to end seige Stannis holds Storm's End for Robert Stannis holds Storm's End for Stannis

Hey no worries, I'm all ears how you arrived at Otherbaby. I'm looking for clues in the text. It's hard because I have to find some connection to something in the Rebellion to put it in context. I actually made the connection between Rhaegar and Renly off something SomePig posted on Heresy, plus GRRM's SSM about the peach Renly offered Stannis. He said it was important and he was sad it didn't make it onto the HBO version. So I looked up "peach symbolism". Do you know it means 1000 Springs? How can that not be connected to Rhaegar! Plus, my suspicions surrounding Rhaegar's armor. Not sure of it all right now, but I'm be digging into it.

Rhaegar's Armor/Renly's Armor - a connection I never made before, trying to work it out in my head. I agree the peach needs to mean something.

Adding this comment here too (is on Bael thread) - since we're comparing Jon to Melisanre's shadowbaby...the shadowbaby has a human father and an inhuman mother, so if there is an inversion here then Jon, as an Otherbaby would have a human mother and an inhuman father.

Craster is also an otherbaby. There are more I'm trying to identify.
And their women lay with the Others in the Long Night to sire terrible half-human children.
Craster has the cold smell too.
This all ties in with eugenics, "orcs from elves" and Cersei's plot to breed Ser Robert with either herself or one of the prisoners in the black cells.
