Exactly. And if Ford is telling the Boy to stay away, it makes total sense that the Boy (perhaps the human version) was there when the nitro-bodies went boom.

I dunno...why would he clone Arnold's son as a host? Bargaining chip? That would make more sense if 1) the kid wasn't a different race than what we saw in the flashback, and 2) if Ford had uploaded all the kid's "essence" into the clone instead of creating this tabula rasa mini-Ford android that the kid clearly is. Would he have been trying to restore Bernold's dead son to him but got interrupted in the process?
So many questions.

Q: I know Boy asks MiB and Larry "are you lost"? Are those his first words to Ford too? Because "lost" has all sorts of connotations from the Maze to Lost.

I missed it, what's at :42? The comment at :37 struck me, though - Berndroid in current time.
Something timeliney to think about: If William = MiB, then Arnold's death obviously preceded Logan and William's arrival at the park fairly recently. But how recently? Ford's trip down memory lane from a couple of eps ago reminds us that the original hosts were all robotic like ol' Wild Bill. During one of the flashbacks to what Ford recalls as the earliest days of the park, we saw both the original Armistice and the girl in the white dress that greeted William, both dressed up in their old-timey clothing and dancing in the streets of Sweetwater.
OK, so...both of those hosts are pretty well "fleshed out", right? Like super modern and realistic? So how much time passed between the opening of the park with the hosts in their original robotic forms to William's arrival when he CAN'T TELL if the host girl in the white dress is real?? "If you can't tell, that's the point."
Dolores, as one of the oldest hosts, would fall into that category too.

Given the comments by actors in earlier interviews that season 1 is like a prequel to season 2; I think it's fair to say that we are getting the backstory through the past/present timeline pov.

William approaching a prone host with a Bowie knife and a smirk. MiBville.

And the brand! Makes total sense - if you need to put a map on hosts where none of the techs can see it easily, put it inside their skull! Wonder who's holding it?

Oh yeah...forgot to say...that convo between Ford and MiB where Ford questions his "urgency" in the game? i feel like my "MiB is dying" theory was just validated.

OH. Back to "we are seeing Bern/old in the wayback past" - totally supported by the fact that Bernard's son died of illness. Remember Berndroid - in what I think is current time - talking about how diseases have been eradicated??? BERNARD'S SON DIED DECADES AGO.
And that makes me wonder....Ford isn't exactly a spring chicken. Even if humanity's health problems are no longer, there's still normal human mortality to deal with. The body can't last forever. So, going back to the website disclaimer about whether "you are you" if all your memories and experiences are dumped into a different body, and then this little doozy from Delos' TOS:
- I think we have some solid evidence of some type of cloning operation, be it parts or full body. What if it's the latter, AAAANNNNDDD.....
Ford has cloned himself. The Boy is Ford's younger self, and he's being held in reserve for when Ford dies. He can wander around the park at his leisure until the time comes, and then *BAM*. Wiped clean and uploaded with Fordy essence. Eternal life.
