After having led thousands of confiding sheep to their death, “Judas Iscariot,” as he is called in the yards of Armour & Co., has paid the penalty of his treachery and has been butchered. For eight years “Judas Iscariot” has been the “leading” sheep for the company. Last week Judas rebelled. He refused to work, and his execution was decided upon. It is said by stockmen that a sudden attachment for a snow-white feminine sheep among the victims is responsible for his rebellion and ultimate death." I just realized something... "A woman was his downfall; a woman glimpsed from atop the Wall, with skin as white as the moon and eyes like blue stars. Fearing nothing, he chased her and caught her and loved her, though her skin was cold as ice, and when he gave his seed to her he gave his soul as well. He brought her back to the Nightfort and proclaimed her a queen and himself her king, and with strange sorceries he bound his Sworn Brothers to his will. He brought her back to the Nightfort and proclaimed her a queen and himself her king, and with strange sorceries he bound his Sworn Brothers to his will. For thirteen years they had ruled, Night’s King and his corpse queen, till finally the Stark of Winterfell and Joramun of the wildlings had joined to free the Watch from bondage. After his fall, when it was found he had been sacrificing to the Others, all records of Night’s King had been destroyed, his very name forbidden."

I feel like timelines and events are collapsing and refolding etc. Perfect description! I think this is exactly what's happening.

Are we seeing a dry run in the flash backs a working out the bugs before the park was open. I think absolutely, yes. Had a few humans in there to test it? Oh my god, this seems so obvious to me now but... thought...Dolores was one of the humans back in the beta stage. She killed Arnold when she was human. Ford used her as a "prototype" (see the schematic in the Trompe L'Oeil episode) to create a host from a human being (Bernarnold).
Creating Dolores from a living human was the breakthrough, the leap from the stupid, awkwardly dancing hosts to the lifelike human-like hosts.
As another example, I doubt that Arnold used Ford's actual family to recreate them, and they seem more... vacuous and programmed than the other hosts in the contemporary story.
Possibly a clash of ethics between the two over using real humans or working from scratch.

Dolores should not have been able to find the entrance to the facility, it should have looking like nothing to her.
Unless she had used that door when she was a human.

The little spanish girl, Lawrence's daughter, who talked to the MiB and said "the maze isn't meant for you" says to Dolores "did you find what you were looking for?" I'm thinking a host would only talk like that to a guest, not to another host.
