I'm a big fan of Terry Brooks, there is the whole Shannara series, which was unfortunately made into a really bad TV series recently, but it's a decent and engaging fantasy series. If you like more sci-fi, there is Larry Niven's Ringworld series, which I read years ago and I recently decided I should pick it up again, but it seems I lent out most of the books and never got them back lol. I've never read the Outlander books probably because I consider them to be a little more "romancey" than I like, but I've really gotten into the show, and I hear they're really well-written, so probably worth a shot. Newer stuff, I'd say anything from Patrick Rothfuss. Or Raymond Feiss though I've never finished any of his series. And welcome

Unfortunately I can't rally help - ASOIAF is the only fantasy series I've ever read! I'm not a huge fan of this genre, but ASOIAF is an exception. (Although the longer we go without a book, the less a fan I become. ) ETA: I am going to give a go at Bernard Cornwell's Saxon Series (The Last Kingdom), if anyone has any opinions on that one.
