A portion of Jon's psyche went into Ghost before he died, and he will also be resurrected through Melisandre's magic, literally creating two Jons (Ghost Jon and UnJon) in the next book.

When Tyrion arrives in Westeros he will be a carrier of both Greyscale and the Pale Mare causing a major epidemic of both in Westeros.

Dany's army will travel through the Stepstones and arrive in Dorne at Planky Town, where Dany will recognize it as being the true location of her House(boat) with the Red Door and the Lemon tree seen through the window.

The RLJ conflict among fans will be resolved by giving alternate lineages in the show and the book.

Trios devours the living and spits out the undying. The undying drink from the fountain of the drunken god. Drink from a cup of ice or drink from a cup of fire; unbalance the climate. 'Nobody' knows what the middle head does except for the House of Black and White.

Weirwood paste isn't made from a nut but from a mushroom of the type that Tyrion finds at Illyrio's manse and keeps in the toe of his book. Likewise Shade of Evening is made from a mushroom accounting for it's inky taste.

The RLJ conflict among fans will be resolved by giving alternate lineages in the show and the book. I've spent time on this idea too. I think the chances are fair. I am also curious to see what happens if the show, this season, gives us an explanation that isn't RLJ, because then the fans will have to choose which of two deeply embedded concepts they'll have to give up: 1. The books and show must be identical on all important points 2. Jon's parents must be Rhaegar and Lyanna Snowfyre thinks they'll give up 1, so they can continue to believe 2, and I think he might well be right.

Here's what is starting to formulate in my head due to working on the "Bran is a Timelord" and he inserted Westeros into the looking glass. West is now east, and east is now west. The North is south, and the area north of the Wall is upside down. We already recognize that Daenerys has conflicted memories about growing up in the house with the red door, and seeing lemon trees, but also remembering Willem Darry as looking like Jeor Mormont (old bear) and great wooden beams with animal carvings. In the looking glass Bear Island would match up where Braavos is. So I believe Dany is misremembering. She really did go to Braavos, but the flipped reality inserted memories of Bear Island and Jeor Mormont even though she knows the man was Willem Darry.
Long story short, Ned had similar overlapping misremembering when he inserts Lyanna into the tower of joy, because I don't think she was in that tower. I think the real story of Lyanna happened further north, but when Bran inserted Westeros into the looking glass, her location changed from Winterfell to tower of joy because those two locations line up. Ygritte tells Jon the story of Bael the Bard because he's the Bastard O Winterfell, and every other Stark bastard fits the same story, so Jon really was fathered by "Bael", but the flipped reality turned Bael into Rhaegar and Winterfell into the tower of joy, but that is a false memory.
Bran has altered reality in this fashion, because he's trying to get an alternate outcome, but I haven't figured out what that alternate outcome is yet.

I take the oath of the night's watch literally. That there are three objects that must be found: the horn, the sword and the shield. Sam has the horn in question and must repair it and claim it. Jon must claim the dawn sword and the shield may have something to do with Storm's End; potentially the source of it's shielding/warding. The sword and the horn are in a sense cursed objects that will claim their owners as well.
It's interesting that the table in the office of the lord commander of the kingsguard is shaped like a shield. We don't know their oath, except for Brienne's oath to shield Renly.

Brienne is the white lion, taller than a man, walking through a field of grass from Dany's HotU vision.

The captive Bran sees in this last weir-vision was the man who, thousands of years later, would come to be known as... Coldhands.

Meera [possibly Jojen] will reveal details about Lyanna or the tower fight and the greenmen in the future book(s). If they survive to tell the tale.
