Anyone catch this on BBC America? I saw some previews for it last year at the start of Season Three - it looked interesting so I watched the first episode of Season 1, and was immediately hooked. Unfortunately I got busy with life stuff and didn't get back to it after the third episode....until now. I have binge-watched for three days! A bit far-fetched and sometimes you have to suspend your disbelief more than usual, but overall really entertaining. Any other fans?

I loved it too. The new season is starting soon isn't?
What did you think of season 3? I thought they went a bit over the top, but now I actually like the Ukrainian sestra.

I'm still on Season 2 - my binge watching is limited to a couple of hours a day. I like Helena too even though she's batshit, but so far Allsion is my favorite because she's so uptight and goofy.
Tatiana Maslany is an amazing actress. Pulling off those characters with the separate and distinct accents is an Olympic feat of acting.

I added this to my DVR record list. Haven't watched it yet, but I'll check it out.

Oh you wait, things are about to get seriously messed up. Helena is going to win you over big time. She's so insane. I can't remember the brother's name, but he is too funny with his one line zingers. And I adore, want her in my life kind of adore, Maria Doyle Kennedy. She is a phenomenal actor that simply doesn't get enough credit.

And can you believe the actor Jordan Gavaris is actually CANADIAN and not a Brit??? That accent!!! I like Ms. S too, and super excited if Helena is going to get better!

And can you believe the actor Jordan Gavaris is actually CANADIAN and not a Brit??? That accent!!! Seriously, the actors on GoT need to get his voice coach, because he does a fantastic job. Very rarely can I hear the Canadian in his voice. I can always tell when an actor is either British and putting on an American accent and vice versa, but with him I had to look him up on IMDB, he's that good. Tatiana (who is also Canadian, I think) slips at times. But over all to embody that many different characters and make each so unique is a tremendous feat.

I added this to my DVR record list. Haven't watched it yet, but I'll check it out. Do it, even if it's just to see how far split screen technology has come. The scenes with multiple 'Ledas' (that's the female clone) are incredible. You can't tell it wasn't all shot at one time.

Ser Duncan, are you all caught up with Season 4? I don't know if I'm quite as intrigued by this season as previous ones - it's toeing the line with my suspension of disbelief a bit - but it's still good. And Helena is about to make a reappearance, I think!

No I'm waiting for the season to be over, then I'm planning on binge watching. They've been pushing the reality meter since last season with Castors. But the characters are usually enough to keep me interested. Don't know if I could do that if I was watching week to week though. Especially if I'm going to have to suspend even more belief.

I binge-watched the first half of this season and caught up faster than I thought I would. Went weekly as of Ep8. Agree, the Castors took it to a level that has me head-scratching at times, and you'll see a whole new twist with this season as well.
And is it weird for me to say that I rather miss Daario? I think I like him better on this show than GOT.

And is it weird for me to say that I rather miss Daario? I think I like him better on this show than GOT. He is better in OB than in GoT, especially lately. I miss the arrogant, I can kill anyone, shag anyone and still come out smelling like a rose, Daario of a couple of seasons ago. The actor is very good, I've seen him in a few different things now and each time the character is different.

I miss the arrogant, I can kill anyone, shag anyone and still come out smelling like a rose, Daario of a couple of seasons ago. Right? If I ever get a chance to ask GRRM anything, my fluff question would be "If you had your choice of actor to play Daario Naharis, who would it be?" I'm interested to see who he pictured in his mind for this part, because even the more cocky semi-badass Daario 2.0 from those couple of seasons ago still falls short by a long haul. Michael Huisman does seem more suited to play more 'normal guy' roles. I do really like him as Kira's bio-dad on OB.

My wife, whom I had not realised didn't watch the first two seasons with me, is currently binge watching. I have to say I completely forgot why I loved Allison so much when I first started this trip. She is so over the top insane, she's as bad as Helena, just trade religious ardour for outward propriety and they are one!
