1). Who are Jon Snow's parents?
Lyanna and Howland Reed
2). Who was the Knight of the Laughing Tree?
Either Lyanna or Howland with a magical assist from the one not riding and perhaps Brandon
3). Who wrote the Pink Letter?
Don't have a real good feel for this, but either Mance or Stannis. I'm leaning towards Mance.
4). Who will be the next Sword of the Morning?
I don't really think this will be a plot point in the series.
5). Who is the Prince that was promised?
My guess is numerous characters may fit this. If you mean who is Rhaegar's son (if that character is still alive) then my guess is either Quentyn or Sam. If the question is who fits the prophecy then my best guess is Tyrion Lannister if TPTWP and AA reborn are referring to the same person.
6). Is Young Griff the real Aegon VI Targaryen?
No.
7). Did Dany really live in Braavos with a lemon tree?
Her memories of the lemon tree are from her very early childhood in Dorne, specifically in one of the houseboats on the mouth of the Greenblood river.
8). Who is the Hooded Man of Winterfell?
I don't have a real good feel for this either, but I've heard a compelling argument for Robett Glover.
9). Who is Quaithe?
My guess is Ashara
10). Who is Coldhands?
former Lord Commander Qorgyle

Jon sent Aliser on ranging in ADWD after executing Slynt but before receiving the Pink Letter. Thorne was super-pissed about it and vowed he'd remember and would be back. Jon sent out three groups on the ranging north of the wall - three heads have come back courtesy of the Weeper, but the other 6 are still unaccounted for. I think it's *possible* that Thorne abandoned old Dywen and whoever else (or dispatched them, he was the Master at Arms after all) and instead went south to Winterfell to join with Ramsay.
I'd have to go back and reread those chapters, but a couple of things off top of my head: 1) the use of "bastard" in the letter, a term that I don't think Ramsay would be using but that Thorne loved 2) the reference to Val as a princess, a term only used by men south of the Wall - the wildlings, even Mance, don't call her that 3) the reference to Mance's son - Thorne wouldn't know that the babes had been switched 4) the letter was delivered to Jon by Clydas, who 1) has a history with Chett, and 2) was displaced by Sam
Some other stuff I can't remember, I need the reread.

Even the show has Alliser spitting out "bastard" like he's cussing though I think the show is leaning towards Petry?

Yep, I saw that mentioned and it could totally work - the only difference being that the Pink Letter in the books doesn't include the "come and see" or a phrase that relates to Littlefinger....I don't THINK, anyway. I need that reread!

Your false king is dead, bastard. He and all his host were smashed in seven days of battle. I have his magic sword. Tell his red whore. Your false king's friends are dead. Their heads upon the walls of Winterfell. Come see them, bastard. Your false king lied, and so did you. You told the world you burned the King-Beyond-the-Wall. Instead you sent him to Winterfell to steal my bride from me. I will have my bride back. If you want Mance Rayder back, come and get him. I have him in a cage for all the north to see, proof of your lies. The cage is cold, but I have made him a warm cloak from the skins of the six whores who came with him to Winterfell. I want my bride back. I want the false king's queen. I want his daughter and his red witch. I want this wildling princess. I want his little prince, the wildling babe. And I want my Reek. Send them to me, bastard, and I will not trouble you or your black crows. Keep them from me, and I will cut out your bastard's heart and eat it. Ramsay Bolton, Trueborn Lord of Winterfell.

I have to say, it would make me crazy if the show went ahead with that. I mean, we've already got Littlefinger in his teleporter jetting all over Westeros in record time, he's already given us the KotLT/Tournament of Harrenhal "all the smiles died" mashup, what's next? If they make him the author of the Pink Letter too, I think I'll lose it. We'll have to make a new meme: "Other Things Littlefinger Personally Witnessed", with some photochopping of Baelish standing on Mt. Sinai, opening King Tut's tomb, peeking over Churchill's shoulder at the Yalta Conference, behind a rock at the moon landing, etc. We should just rename him Grassy Knoll at this point, really.

Weasel Pie can you post the shows version of the Pink Letter here, in spoilers, just to compare the two please?

Oof, just found where that theory was shot down by the director of the episode. Link in spoiler. The whole AMA convo linked in that article is interesting, too. Lots of info.

Show version of Pink Letter:
To the traitor and bastard Jon Snow
You allowed thousands of wildlings past the Wall. You have betrayed your own kind, you have betrayed the North. Winterfell is mine, bastard, come and see. Your brother Rickon is in my dungeon. His direwolf’s skin is on my floor, come and see.
I want my bride back. Send her to me, bastard, and I will not trouble you or your wildling lovers. Keep her from me, and I will ride north and slaughter every wildling man, woman, and babe living under your protection. You will watch as I skin them living. You will watch as my soldiers take turns raping your sister. You will watch as my dogs devour your wild little brother. Then I will spoon your eyes from their sockets and let my dogs do the rest. Come and see.
Ramsay Bolton Lord of Winterfell, and Warden of the North.

1). Who are Jon Snow's parents? Well anything but RLJ seems unlikely at this point. GRRM is a hack here though, Jon is described as a Stark's Stark. He is northern in appearance to the core. Him being Ned's (possibly incest?) bastard not only made perfect sense, it provided pathos to the story.
The shocking theories like Otherbaby are truly interesting possibilities but at best can be described as a lateral move. There's really no reason for Jon to be anything but what he is in Game of Thrones (the BEST book).
2). Who was the Knight of the Laughing Tree? Lyanna.
3). Who wrote the Pink Letter? Littlefinger. Why not.
4). Who will be the next Sword of the Morning? Edric Dayne.
5). Who is the Prince that was promised? Jon Snow. The darkness will flee before him definitely. Definitely..
6). Is Young Griff the real Aegon VI Targaryen? I favor Blackfyre, but the Golden Company will not cross the narrow sea for just anyone. He's a real Dragon.
7). Did Dany really live in Braavos with a lemon tree? Speaking of real Dragons...
8). Who is the Hooded Man of Winterfell? A northern noble.
9). Who is Quaithe? 2mysterious5me
10). Who is Coldhands? Something Bran created. Who was he before? I favor the Night's King but I don't really speculate.
