wow! I need to catch up on all that, but I'm seeing a category dedicated to Westworld in our future. I was thinking about suggesting this. The episode-based discussion is interesting but it means we have the ongoing theories and discussions spread over multiple threads. That's probably especially annoying for people new to the party like darksister1001 (welcome by the way ) Thanks!

A few episodes ago when the Man in Black broke someone out of jail they showed us the technicians asking and approving the pyrotechnics. That didn't happen on screen when he was fighting the confederate soldiers and James Marseden was firing off raounds that led to an explosion. Are they not being monitored? My guess was that the cigars were some kind of add-on that could be purchased to enhance the experience.

I've been collecting the EW recaps since they are very detailed on what transpires and I find the episodes so dense, I can't remember everything that happens. I pretty much have to watch it twice.

Jump on whichever car of the crazy train you can catch, I say! Eta: but I'm totally on board with a dedicated WW category, to continue on with the terrible rail metaphor

House of Black and White turns out to be a perfectly apt name for a Westworld discussion board!
We'll probably get at least a couple of seasons in before we get a new ASOIAF novel.
