Joseph Campbell was a genius! Love his works. I have the The Hero's Journey: Joseph Campbell on His Life and Work. Have you see the Joseph Campbell and the Power of Myth? No this is the first time I've come across his work. I'm listening to the audio book which is 5 hours long. I'm an hour into it and I love it! So interesting to see how Martin is constructing his heros journey starting with death and rebirth. I will listen to more of it tonight. Today was Christmas Decorating day and tomorrow will be more of the same. I got all the garlands out and some of the lights up; wreaths, etc. Finishing touches tomorrow. The great grand-nephew is coming with his mom and dad for a few days. It won't do not to have the place looking like Christmas. He's six. |
