Cersei is pregnant with Ser Robert Gregor Clegane Strong's baby. What? I missed something! Did anyone catch Jorah's "You don't look much like your father; must look like your mother" line to Jon? WHAT THE HELL. I mean, we only have five freaking books telling us how much Jon resembles Ned, but the guy who reported up to Ned and fought alongside him in battle is all, "Ooh yeah, no resemblance." I was shouting that at my tv screen too! lol And Sidhe made of ice sure do have access to some mad chain. Did they dredge that up from the bottom of the Blackwater without us knowing? This. I said to Shane, "where did they get the mother-fucking-huge chain?" 2.The first Wight that tested the ground was wearing a pair of sneakers.Really, they don't even care. Yeah, that comment from Beric was so ridiculous it was a moment worthy of busting the screen. At this moment I really think this is about fan service and making the Unsullied wet themselves.

Lingering ideas about Tormund's comment about making superbabies with Brienne.
First that of course this will turn out to be a theme of the past, that certain people got together precisely because of the offspring that could be created.
Second that I still doubt Jaime is actually the father of Cersei's baby, and I suspect Robert Strong is. Or maybe she isn't pregnant at all.
Third that Brienne is heading to King's Landing, and the Hound is heading to King's Landing. Let's just say that Qyburn's attempts to breed his Uberman using Robert Strong and... whoever (Unella? Cersei?)... have failed, and a stronger, larger, heartier woman is required.
Sick. Fits Cersei, fits Qyburn. Fits punishing/motivating Jaime. Fits motivating the Hound.
Cersei would naturally want to punish Brienne, and she's already shown us she wanted Unella to suffer, she wants Ellaria to suffer, she regrets Olenna didn't suffer...
Sorry but... yeah something has been foreshadowed with that line from Tormund.
I want to make babies with her. Think of them, great big monsters. They’d conquer the world.
And I think this theme of wanting the next family generation to "conquer the world" will be proven to be part of the past, even to prompt the conception of Jon Snow.
Further, if we parallel Samwell with Rhaegar - Sam rescued and fell in love with a woman who was already with child. A child who was bred/destined for a specific purpose. The show doesn't get into any babyswapping or Faegons because that would give away the ultimate story.
Trying hard to separate show/book ideas but I think there will be some similar ideas playing out in both.

I'm liking this idea a lot, but am getting tripped up on the FrankenGregor thing. Like...how? I mean, I know Qyburn has ways and all, but even Cersei has standards. So....how?

Team...I'm coming to grips (reality) that the show path is on a different tangent than the book path. I watched E7 again tonight and it is apparent to me that the writers are certainly pulling from the forums. And that is okay. One of my daughters sent me a message this week that Season 8 may not occur until 2019. Afterall....didn't we all really want Dany and Jon to hook up? Is there any other combination that would create a better song of "ice and fire"? P.S. George has screwed this up. Book 6..maybe next year; Book 7...maybe 2023. Really? I'm not sure I have that in me.

I am okay with it too...as long as the books turn out remarkably different in the end. If this crappy story turns out to be the best that GRRM can do, I will be sorely disappointed. Book 6..maybe next year; Book 7...maybe 2023. You're an optimist! I have resigned myself to the notion that Dream will remain a dream. I don't think there will be a Book 7 after he finishes Winds.

Afterall....didn't we all really want Dany and Jon to hook up? I saw a funny meme about Jaime/Cersei and Dan/Jon - wish I saved it or had it to share her now - but basically the top said how repulsed we were with Jaime and Cersei's incest, but on the bottom it said, "Jon, go f*ck your aunt Dany already!"

Ewwwww I'm probably one of the few that isn't into this relationship. Plus, Kit and Emilia have no onscreen chemistry, at least not to me. Do we have a memes thread?
