Does anyone watch this? I've only been watching recently, so I can see the Premiere tonight, but it seems like a really well-written show/story.
Has anyone read all the books?

Not yet, but am intrigued. I need a new show to watch before Walking Dead returns.

I saw most of Season 2 leading up to the Season 3 premiere. Really enjoyed the ride so far, I'm hooked! Now I have to backtrack to Season 1 lol - I've only seen scattered episodes.
Sundays nights are gonna be a headache again with Outlander, Walking Dead, Poldark...

That's what DVR's and on demand is for! ikr! But I'm always annoyed at the possibility of seeing spoilers first, so I usually choose Walking Dead.

So, we've got time-traveling pregnancy and a main character with a lobbed off hand. I wonder how much time Turtle and Diana spent comparing notes - they're old friends after all.

This series has some pretty steamy sex scenes. Claire and Jaime's wedding night was, well, whew!

OMG I didn't realize same actor till you said so!
I love the dual nature of Frank and Randall. It's like two versions of one man, just two paths taken.

While the Black Jack Randall character is so creepy and dark, I cannot help but find the actor oddly attractive in the role of Frank. I think it's his expressive face and dark brown eyes.

Speaking of dual roles (I know she's playing the same character) I think Claire is stunning and strong in the 18th century but she annoys the hell out of me in the 20th. I can understand when she first gets back, pregnant and oppressed, but she was so spacey and meek in her 1960s iteration (end of last season) she could have been playing an entirely different character. I do realize this season is about her character progressing and trying to live without Jamie, and it did seem as if she had an exponential leap back to her old clever and fearless self in the last few scenes of Season Two, so I'm holding out hope for the old Claire to come back, especially because of the medical school scene.
